01 Introduction

Welcome to RAprime Ltd ("RAprime", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, trading platforms, mobile applications, Primes Academy services, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

RAprime is registered in Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Comoros Union (Reg. No. HT01124141) and operates from Kuwait City, Capital Governorate, Yaqoub Tower, Floor 22.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• Acknowledge the risks associated with leveraged trading (see Section 5);
• Will provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

03 Account Registration

To access our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate personal information including legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid government-issued ID;
2. Complete our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) verification process;
3. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

One natural person may hold only one trading account with RAprime. Joint accounts and corporate accounts are subject to separate approval.

04 Trading Services

RAprime offers trading in Forex pairs, indices, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies on MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4 platforms. Trade execution is provided on a best-efforts basis. Spreads, leverage, and margin requirements may vary based on account type and market conditions.

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results;
• Slippage, requotes, and execution delays may occur during high-volatility periods;
• RAprime may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any trade that violates these Terms.

05 Risk Disclosure

The high degree of leverage offered can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite, and seek independent financial advice if needed.

06 Fees & Charges

RAprime charges fees based on the type of account and services used, including but not limited to:

• Spreads: Variable, starting from 0.0 pips on ECN accounts;
• Commissions: Where applicable, disclosed on each account type page;
• Overnight swap fees: Charged on positions held past 22:00 GMT (Islamic swap-free accounts available);
• Inactivity fee: $10/month after 90 consecutive days of inactivity;
• Course tuition: Published on each course's detail page; non-refundable after the first 14 days.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts held in your own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times typically range from 1–5 business days depending on the method (KNET, Visa/Mastercard, bank wire, or USDT TRC20).

08 Prohibited Activities

You may not, in connection with your use of our Services:

• Engage in market manipulation, arbitrage abuse, or latency exploitation;
• Use automated trading systems (Expert Advisors / bots) outside of authorized account types;
• Open accounts using false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platforms;
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, courses, software, brand assets, logos, charts, materials, and trading systems are the exclusive property of RAprime Ltd or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

Primes Academy course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAprime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to RAprime in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

RAprime may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to RAprime or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@raprime.com. Outstanding fees, open positions, and applicable holding periods will be settled before final closure.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Comoros Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration before The Financial Commission (financialcommission.org), of which RAprime is a verified member.

13 Changes to Terms

RAprime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
